Why "HEDNOKR"?? Whatsa "HEDNOKR"???.....Well, there's a story and it began back in 1970's with Stan McCord aka "HEAD KNOCKER", "HEADKNOCKER II" & "HEDNOKR"!
Stan was born to create custom "stuff" ...ya know...a real showstopper..."STAN'S TOY" a 1974 Laguna...."HEAD KNOCKER" a 1976 Bronco.....'"HEAD KNOCKER II" a 1978 GMC Stepside, "HEADKNOCKER" a Sanger Pickle Fork Hydro & "HEDNOKR" a 1941 Willys Coupe!
In addition, we created our own Business, "McCord Acoustics" our Commercial Interior Construction Company. For the past 31 years .....Stan walking on stilts installing Acoustical Ceilings, on his knees laying miles of Floors and hanging tons of Drywall!
Sooo...."HEDNOKR" is Stan with Sandy...two people who love Hotrods, Dragboats, Chow Chows & EACH OTHER!!

WHAT IS "HEDNOKR"??..
"HEDNOKR" is our 1941 Willys Coupe.
It took Stan 11 years to build & paint "HEDNOKR". Stan had an image in his head long before he started building our Willys. He had drawn many pictures of what he invisioned it to look like! Looking back over his artwork.....it's easy to see that Stan acccomplished his goal!!
"HEDNOKR" has won many Trophies and Awards...we've met soo many interesting people along our journey...

We've been married 42 years and if you see one of us... most likely you will see the other! We work together, play together and spend time loving our 3 beautiful Chow Chow sisters, Keke, Koko & Suke! The "NITRO DAWG" character was inspired by all of our Chow Chows, Khan, Kuanni, Beijing, Bella, Keke, Koko & Suke! "TOGETHER WE ARE STRONG" Eccl. 4:9 IN GOD WE TRUST.
